Great Question - Here's a Quick Answer

Space in Dream Team Women Mastermind is limited to a Squad of 12 - 15 women

There will be 3 Pods within the Squad and each pod will contain 4 - 5 people

The Squad of 15 will meet face to face one to two times a month

Each Pod will work internally (with each other) weekly

There will be 2 days each month for a Facilitated Hot Seat or Fusion Session (optional to the Pods)

There will be one Saturday each month with a focus on Social Media/Internet Marketing (optional)

There will be an online Social Networking site for the Squad and the Pods

Here is one thing that I want you to know.

It will cost you more time than it will money.

That's right. The Dream Team Women Mastermind is going to require your time and your involvement. Your ROI on your investment of money is really all about your ability to be actively involved with your POD and the overall SQUAD.

SO, LET'S TALK ABOUT THE TIME COMMITMENT

Here's an outline of what to expect:

Two day intensive - Friday, November 19th (1PM to 6:30PM) and Saturday, November 20th (9:30AM to 6:30PM). Attendance on these 2 days is essential to your success. Saturday's session is about the group connecting and Vision Questing individually and as a team. Saturday's session is about creating Mind Maps and about creating the road map to achieve the Vision both individually, within Pods, and the entire Squad. You will come away with a clear focus and vision on what you want, how to get there, how to know when you have arrived, and how to celebrate when you do!

Additional Squad "Face to Face" MasterMind Sessions will be determined by the group. These sessions are essential to the Masterminding and to the Accountability. Each session will be about hands on learning and putting strategies into practice AND a review of accomplishments toward our goals.

Any Teleconferences and Webcasts will typically be an hour long, will be recorded and available for playback at your convenience.

Each Pod will develop their own strategy for meeting either in person or over the phone on a weekly basis.

The Hot Seats and Fusion Sessions will be scheduled after we begin and on an as needed basis by the Dream Team Members

All Dream Team Members will be able to schedule meetings at Studio B for their group meetings at no charge

This is a 12 month program. Your Deposit of $125.00 holds your spot while we review your application. If accepted, your deposit will cover the 2 day 5 year planning workshop on the 19th and the 20th of November. If your application is not accepted, your deposit of $125.00 will be returned to you in full.

There is a monthly fee of $125.00 which includes all the Mastermind meetings, Hot Seats, Fusion Sessions, Teleseminars, and Pod group meetings in Studio B.

The monthly fee is due on the 1st of the month and will automatically be charged to your credit card on file beginning on December 1st, 2010.
